INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

Eurosystem S.p.A., with registered office in Villorba TV, Via Isaac Newton 21, as controller of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”), communicates this notice to the data subject in accordance with European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data

Purpose and legal basis of processing

The Controller processes personal data for several purposes:

• responding to requests submitted through this form, for example to obtain information about their products or services (including sending the brochure, catalog and/or other company information material), to get a quote, etc.: in this case, consent is not required because the processing is necessary to respond to such requests;
• only with your specific and distinct consent, for the performance of direct marketing activities, such as the sending – including by e-mail, SMS and MMS – of advertising material and communications having informative and/or promotional content in relation to products or services provided and/or promoted by the Owner, including free gifts and free samples;

Data retention period

The Data Controller intends to process data according to the following time criteria:

• should information be requested, the data will be processed for the time necessary to provide feedback; should a quote be requested, on the other hand, the data will be processed for a maximum time equal to twice the period of effectiveness of the proposal, subject to further storage for the time necessary for the settlement (however reached) of any disputes that may have arisen;
• for the purpose of point 2), the data will be processed for twenty-four months from the last communication, regardless of the channel used: the Data Subject may revoke consent or otherwise object to the processing at any time;

Nature of data provision and consequences in case of refusal

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is necessary and therefore any refusal to provide it in whole or in part may result in the inability of the Data Controller to pursue the above purposes. The provision for the additional purposes is optional: without it, the Holder will not be able to carry out the corresponding activities but will still be legitimized to pursue the purposes mentioned in point 1).

Recipient categories

The Data Controller will not disseminate the data, but intends to disclose them to internal figures authorized to process them because of their respective duties, as well as to Group companies, commercial, business information, factoring, and consulting agents, business associations and/or organizations, professionals or service companies, as well as to public and private entities, including as a result of inspections and audits. Such recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Controller, will be appointed as data controllers by appropriate contract or other legal act.

Data transfer to a third country and/or international organization

Personal data will not be transferred either to non-European third countries or to international organizations.

Rights of data subjects

The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller to access his or her personal data and to rectify them if inaccurate, to erase or restrict their processing if the conditions are met, to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, as well as to obtain portability of personally provided data only if they are subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. The data subject also has the right to revoke the consent given for the processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the time of revocation.
