A long-standing relationship with Eurosystem Dersut Caffè was one of Eurosystem’s first customers, a partnership rooted in the days when the company was still known as Sistemarca. Over the years, this partnership, built on a foundation of mutual trust and continuity, has accompanied both companies through many technological and organizational changes. Over time, the relationship has grown stronger and stronger, so much so that, as a testament to this enduring bond, Dersut on September 27, 2019, received a loyalty award from Eurosystem, recognizing the importance of a shared history of growth and innovation.
Target
The construction of the company’s new headquarters, which opened on May 9, 2025, provided an ideal opportunity for Dersut to rethink its entire IT infrastructure, increasing computational capacity and upgrading technologies to support daily operations. In addition to ensuring maximum business continuity for the ERP system and business applications, the company wanted to improve performance to handle increasing work volumes and prepare for a future of further expansion.
A key objective was also to ensure a secure and reliable infrastructure capable of guaranteeing the continuity of operations of the new fully automated warehouse, a strategic element for logistics efficiency and business competitiveness.
It was essential to choose a platform that could grow without requiring invasive hardware replacements, that would allow centralized management, and that would enhance the value of investments already made, safely accompanying the start-up of activities in the new location.
To crown this path of growth and innovation, on October 22, 2025 Dersut received the “Sustainable Enterprise 2025” award from Sole 24 Ore, an acknowledgement of the company’s ongoing commitment to quality, environmental responsibility and the sustainability of its production processes .
