THE CASE _ The customer wanted to optimise the costs, especially travel costs, associated with technical interventions, which often took place for problems easily solved by the customer, and also to avoid downtime.> > The client wanted to optimise the costs, especially travel costs;
THE SOLUTION _ The app contains an assisted maintenance tool and an augmented reality configurator for pre-sales.
In its maintenance functions, it offers the possibility for users to perform the necessary printer maintenance actions themselves, by framing the adhesive markers on the machine and following simple animated graphic prompts; In the case of actions requiring the intervention of a technician, the app directly notifies BM Service;
The configurator function gives the possibility to visualise the 3D model of BM Service printers at any location, via in-app camera view, to accessorise them as desired, and to directly send a contact request to the company’s sales staff;
