Purpose and legal basis of processing

If you subscribe to this service, Eurosystem S.p.A. will process the personal data collected to send e-mail newsletters containing information about its products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events in which it will participate. The legal basis is the necessity for the pursuit of the above purpose.

The Holder will process the data until the termination of the service or the request to unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

The provision of data is optional, but refusal to provide them will result in the inability to register for this service.

The Data Controller will not disseminate the data, which will be communicated exclusively to internal figures authorized to process the data by reason of their respective duties, as well as to professionals, companies or other third parties who carry out outsourced activities and who are therefore appointed as data processors by special contract or other legal act.
