YRemote – Remote maintenance in Augmented Reality

YRemote is the most advanced augmented reality remote maintenance software. This software enables an experienced technician to provide remote assistance to a field operator through an online connection.

Developed in partnership with Lenovo, YRemote (software for Remote maintenance in Augmented Reality) leverages the most innovative AR visor on the market, ThinkReality A3. From their PC workstation or Android smartphone, the remote technician overlays instructions, annotations, and visual guides onto the real-world operator wearing Lenovo’s device. This allows the experienced technician to see what the operator sees and enables him or her to provide precise, step-by-step directions for performing complex maintenance procedures. The operator can follow instructions in real time, benefiting from the experience and expertise of the expert technician, who can draw, point and explain directly on the operator’s real-time view.
